My research
I have a few beliefs that underpin my approach to research
Being a scientist-practitioner means more than just reading the research. It is about applying it and conducting it (at a suitable scale) in our own work. For this reason, much of my academic work has been focused on applied topics
Research does not need to be overly complicated. There are methods of conducting and communicating research that make it more readily interpretable to a broader audience
For all my research, my interest is in how it can be useful to others and how we can take that information into practice
